Terms of Service
Last updated 30 September 2026.
Scope
These terms apply to all services of KB4 Service GmbH, operating as ARRANGED ("ARRANGED"), towards its clients. Differing terms of clients apply only if accepted in writing.
Nature of the service
ARRANGED organises and coordinates services on behalf of the client. The actual services (transport, accommodation, dining, events, aviation, security, medical and others) are provided by independent partners under their own terms. ARRANGED is not itself a travel agency, carrier, hotel or medical provider unless expressly stated.
Membership
Membership levels, annual fees, recommended deposits and service fees are shown on the Membership page and confirmed individually. Membership is subject to acceptance by ARRANGED. It renews annually unless cancelled in writing one month before the end of the term.
Client account (ARRANGED Balance)
The client may place a service deposit with ARRANGED. It is used exclusively to settle arrangements, partner costs and ARRANGED fees for that client.
The ARRANGED Balance is not a bank account, payment account or e-money. It bears no interest, cannot be transferred to third parties and is not paid out in cash.
Every movement is recorded in the client ledger. Corrections are made by reversal entries, never by overwriting.
Upon termination, any remaining balance is refunded to the original payment source after all open charges are settled.
Requests, costs and approvals
Before booking, ARRANGED shows partner costs and ARRANGED fees separately where approval is required.
Amounts up to €250 may be approved automatically if the client has opted in; amounts from €250 to €2,500 follow the client's stored preference; amounts above €2,500 always require explicit approval.
Surcharges for urgent requests (under three hours) and night requests (22:00–07:00) apply according to the membership level.
Cancellation
Cancellation conditions of the respective partner apply and are passed on to the client. ARRANGED fees for work already performed remain payable. Consumers' statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected where applicable; for services tied to a specific date (e.g. transport, accommodation, events) no right of withdrawal exists under § 18 FAGG.
Liability
ARRANGED is liable for its own coordination only in cases of intent and gross negligence; this does not apply to personal injury. ARRANGED is not liable for the performance of independent partners, but will support the client in asserting claims against them.
Confidentiality
ARRANGED treats all client information as strictly confidential, including beyond the end of the membership.
Law and jurisdiction
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Sales Convention. Place of jurisdiction for entrepreneurs is Vienna. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence remain unaffected.
