The ARRANGED client account
Each membership begins with a service deposit held in your ARRANGED client account. It is not a fee — it is your funds, working for you.
Every booking, expense and fee is posted to your ledger with date, description and running balance. Reversals are recorded, never overwritten.
When an arrangement is confirmed, its cost is reserved. Your available balance is always deposits minus posted charges minus reservations.
You decide how we spend: automatic approval up to €250 if you opt in, your own preference between €250 and €2,500, and explicit approval above €2,500.

You visit Vienna occasionally — a weekend, a fair, a family event — and want one reliable number while you are here.
You return to Vienna several times a year and want your preferences known, your drivers familiar and your plans handled before you land.
Vienna is a second home. You expect priority at any hour, a concierge who knows your household, and nothing left to chance.

No. The service deposit remains your money. Charges are only posted for arrangements you have approved, and your ledger shows every movement.
Yes. Membership is reviewed personally and can be adjusted as your time in Vienna changes.
Unused deposit funds remain in your client account and are carried forward. Terms are set out in your membership agreement.
