ARRANGED is a private concierge and lifestyle management office based in Vienna. Clients have one trusted contact for travel, mobility, accommodation, access, protection and personal requests.
Who is ARRANGED for?+
Private clients, international travellers, entrepreneurs, executives, families and their offices who value discretion and want one reliable point of contact in Austria.
How do I send a request?+
By message, phone or through your private client portal. Every request is recorded, and its status is visible in your account from received to completed.
How does the client account work?+
You may deposit funds into your ARRANGED client account. Bookings, expenses and service fees made on your behalf are recorded in a transparent ledger and deducted from your balance.
What do memberships cost?+
Membership is tailored individually according to the level of service required. Terms are discussed personally after your request.
Do you operate outside Vienna?+
Yes. Our base is Vienna, and we arrange stays, transfers and experiences throughout Austria, including Salzburg, Kitzbühel, the Arlberg and the lakes.
How is my privacy protected?+
Client information is kept strictly confidential and is only shared with partners when necessary to fulfil a request.
Which languages do you speak?+
We communicate in English and support clients in Russian, Persian, Turkish, Chinese and Arabic.
