Contact and identity data: name, email, phone, language and address.

Account data: login details, membership level and assigned concierge.

Request data: arrangements, travel dates, itineraries and companions named by you.

Preferences: vehicles, hotels, airlines, restaurants, dietary, room and security requirements.

Financial data: advance payments, reservations, posted charges and the ledger of your Service Balance.

Technical data required for secure website operation, including IP address, browser and access time.

Contract performance and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): requests, arrangements, Service Balance and communication.

Legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): accounting and retention.

Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): secure operation and misuse prevention.

Consent (Art. 6(1)(a), Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR): where required, including health-related information. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

For a confirmed arrangement, we share only the data required with the identified supplier.

Technical providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.

Google receives authentication data when Google sign-in is used.

Transfers outside the EU/EEA rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards.

We currently use only technically necessary storage. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We will request consent before introducing non-essential technologies.

Data is retained for the membership or request and applicable statutory periods, generally seven years for accounting records. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object. Complaints may be filed with the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
