Service Balance / Advance Payment
Your membership may begin with a purpose-bound advance payment. It is not a membership fee, bank deposit or payment account.
Every advance payment, supplier cost and ARRANGED fee is recorded with date, description and running Service Balance. Corrections appear as reversals, never overwrites.
When an arrangement is confirmed, its expected cost may be reserved. Available Service Balance is confirmed advance payments less posted charges and reservations.
You decide how we spend: automatic approval up to €250 if you opt in, your own preference between €250 and €2,500, and explicit approval above €2,500.

You visit Vienna occasionally — a weekend, a fair, a family event — and want one reliable number while you are here.
You return to Vienna several times a year and want your preferences known, your drivers familiar and your plans handled before you land.

No. It is applied only to authorised supplier costs, expenses and ARRANGED fees. Your private portal records every movement.
Yes. Membership is reviewed personally and can be adjusted as your time in Vienna changes.
Unused advance payments are carried forward during the relationship. After termination, the remainder is returned after final reconciliation under the applicable terms.
